First step, free of charge
Before designing the label and packaging, make sure the name can be registered. A registered trademark agent reviews prior marks at INPI, Argentina's trademark office, and sends you a preliminary analysis.

Bringing a food or supplement to market means coordinating a lab, a plant, regulators, design, trademark registration, barcodes and sales channels. When each part is handled by a different provider, delays pile up, labels have to be redone and launches get postponed.
We coordinate the whole journey. Technical and regulatory development relies on a partner manufacturing plant and on our work with INTI for feasibility, technical monographs and additions to the Argentine Food Code (CAA). Once the product is approved, we keep going with you: trademark, labels, online store, Mercado Libre and advertising.
